1. Who we are

fishandmeat.me is the website of the family smokehouse Fish & Meat. The data controller is ŠKIPER d.o.o., Stjepa Šarenca bb, 85340 Herceg Novi, Montenegro. Contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram: +382 69 739 638.

2. What data we receive

When you place an order, you enter your name, phone number, city, address, Google Maps location link and a comment. The website does not send this data to a server or store it: it builds a message that you send to us on WhatsApp from your own device. We receive the data only after you press Send.

3. Why we use it

To accept, confirm and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and for accounting.

4. Cart and cookies

Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage) so it is kept when you move between pages. It is not sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Third-party services

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google sees your device's IP address. Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Google Maps lead to services that process data under their own policies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order messages as long as needed to fulfil the order and for accounting, and no longer than the law requires.

7. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent — message us on WhatsApp or Telegram. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP).
